A consulting marketing plan for the fashion brand- Mango. Upon observing the brand has been criticized for copying the marketing strategy of its competitor- Zara. The creative concept is to expand  Mango's product line from clothing, accessories to beauty line. Thus, a collaboration plan with a luxury gree fragrance brand from Switzerland was planned. The purpose is to increase brand awareness and acquire new customers. 

This assignment equipped me with the ability to identify the problem through inside analysis and further construct a marketing plan over trend analysis.
